The Spruce Medispa Rewards Program is not transferable. It is for use only by members. Offers cannot be combined with other special offers or discounts. Official program rules apply. Spruce Medispa reserves the right to change the rewards program at any time.

The Elites app must be downloaded to enroll as a member. Reward points are intended for members only and may not be transferred, shared, or distributed.

Our rewards program will send occasional push notifications, to alert you of new specials. These can be disabled at any time.​

Points are rewarded at the time of checkout. For example, when you refer a friend, you will receive referral points when he or she checks out. If you schedule an appointment, you will receive points when you check out for the appointment, not when you schedule it.

Additional points may be awarded for special events or bonus days!​

Points are not awarded for tax.

You are able to opt out of the rewards program at any time. Points accrued will not be refunded for any sort of cash value.

Reward points do not have an expiration date. Rewards redeemed expire one month after the redemption date.

Reward offers will change. Check the redeem by date in the app to make sure you don't lose your favorite reward, before it is replaced!
