Our Spa Policies

Cancellation Policy

We require at least a 24 hour notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. A deposit is required for all scheduled services and will be applied to your service total at checkout. We know that life happens and things come up unexpectedly, but if you cancel with less than a 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to retain your deposit without a refund.

NO SHOW POLICY

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be subject to a $25 no-show fee.

Gift Cards

Please bring your gift card with you when you come in to use it. All gift card sales are final and cannot be exchanged for cash. If your gift card is lost or stolen, we will not be able to replace it or transfer the value. Gift cards do not expire unless purchased as part of a promotional offer, in which case expiration details will be noted on the card.

Arrival

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. If you're a new client, you'll fill out a quick form and talk with us about your goals before we begin. This time is already built into your appointment, so early arrival is not necessary and does not guarantee your service will begin before your scheduled time.

We understand that sometimes running late is unavoidable. If you're delayed, please call to let us know. We'll do everything we can to fit you in, but we also need to be fair to our other clients who have appointments after yours. We'll work with whatever time we have left, though we may not be able to complete your full treatment if you arrive significantly late.
